1. Introduction

All services are delivered based on the project scope, timelines, and requirements mutually agreed upon with the client.

3. Payments and Pricing

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) or as otherwise agreed. Payment terms will be clearly stated in the project proposal or invoice.

  • A 50% advance payment is required to begin any project (unless otherwise agreed).
  • The remaining payment must be made upon delivery or according to the agreed milestones.
  • Delayed payments may result in a delay or suspension of ongoing work.

4. Project Delivery and Revisions

We strive to deliver all projects on schedule. However, timelines may vary depending on project complexity and client feedback.

  • Minor revisions are included within the agreed project scope.
  • Major revisions or additional requests beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must provide all required information, content, and approvals in a timely manner to avoid delays. Web Services is not responsible for missed deadlines caused by delayed client communication or approvals.

6. Ownership and Copyright

Upon full payment, ownership of final deliverables (website files, graphics, videos, etc.) will be transferred to the client. However:

  • Web Services retains the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio, marketing materials, and case studies.
  • All unused design concepts, working files, and source files remain the property of Web Services, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all business information, project details, and client data shared during the project. No information will be disclosed to third parties without prior consent, except when required by law.

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Project cancellations must be communicated in writing.

  • No refunds will be issued once a project has commenced or been delivered, except at the company’s discretion.
  • Partial refunds may be considered for cancellations before project initiation, minus applicable fees for any completed work.

9. Limitation of Liability

Web Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. We do not guarantee specific results such as search rankings, website traffic, or revenue increase.

10. Third-Party Services

Our work may involve integration with third-party tools, plugins, or platforms. Web Services is not responsible for downtime, errors, or limitations caused by these external services.

11. Changes to Terms

Web Services reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be posted on this page, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
